Avea Solutions is a growing startup where we believe it should be easier to help people. Our goal is to positively impact providers’ ability to deliver care by taking the nonsense out of running their business—allowing them to focus on what matters most: patients. 


We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who is excited about scaling the revenue side of a business and eager to create the marketing playbook for a growing startup. The best person for this role will be a “full-stack” growth marketer with experience in content and digital marketing and optimizing the customer lifecycle. We're looking for an engaging storyteller who is technical enough to manage our ad platforms and design lead gen and engagement experiments while also creating messaging and positioning that supports our demand generation efforts.  This role reports directly to our VP of Product, providing the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and impact the future of the business.   


Who you are:  

  • You are familiar with marketing at the 'nail it and scale it' stage; you can identify what 'good' looks like and set real metrics. 

  • “Funnel friction” is your enemy. You’re constantly finding ways to make it easier for our prospects and buyers to move ahead in the funnel to make decisions. 

  • You see data from all possible angles, and investigate what data means for real business outcomes and help create customer-centric marketing experiences. 

  • You can work across and up. You work well cross-functionally with sales to create lead-generation campaigns to prospect and build new business. 

  • You are unafraid to try new things and learn from mistakes as they happen. 


What you’ll do:  

  • Create a consistent brand voice and ensure all content and messaging share that voice. 

  • Increase the right traffic to the website through a proper mix of acquisition and nurture programs including organic search, email marketing, PPC/paid social, webinars, content syndication, social media, referrals, etc. 

  • Analyze our conversion funnel, identify the largest areas for improvement, and implement creative strategies to optimize. 

  • Leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategy, content, and tactic mix; including overseeing the execution of programs. 

  • Enhance our sales and success efforts with tools, customer assets, and communications that improve conversions and promote the adoption of new products.   

  • Seek input from Sales, CX, and Product teams that can inform strategies to drive more users to the Avea platform 

  • Partner with our Product team to champion product positioning, validate messaging, and evangelize our product offerings both internally and externally. 


What we’re looking for:  

  • 5+ years of digital and B2B marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS or subscription-based company. 

  • Experience in many of the following: demand generation, conversion rate optimization, email marketing, inbound marketing, and content marketing. 

  • Deep understanding of inbound and outbound channels (Digital, events, sales outreach, email, partner, content marketing) and an understanding of how they can work together to form an optimal channel mix. 

  • Strong understanding of the Demand Generation Funnel and its various stages. 

  • Experience with HubSpot and Google Analytics.
